Application requirements

An application to ASU and a separate application to the School of Music, Dance and Theatre are required for admission to the program. The School of Music, Dance and Theatre application can be accessed through the application portal. Applicants should select the minor and certificate application.

Professional licensure: the graduate Teaching Artist Praxis certificate prepares students for K-12 teaching certification in the State of Arizona and other states through a mult-state reciprocity agreement.
