Academic Facilities Specialist

The School of Music, Dance and Theatre in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University is seeking an Academic Facilities Specialist to coordinate dance and theatre departmental facility activities to ensure adherence with Institute and University policies, practices and regulations. The Academic Facilities Specialist, in collaboration with School and Institute leadership, will assist as needed with space planning and other functions designated to ensure the continual efficient functions of facilities to meet the needs of students, faculty and staff. In addition, the job includes building, managing, and tracking the academic schedule for dance, serving as backup for theatre and music, and implementing processes related to course scheduling including new and/or modified course form submissions.
