ASU Sun Devil Marching Band

Sun Devil Marching Band

The ASU Sun Devil Marching Band is recognized as being one of the finest marching bands in the nation. The 350+ member ensemble has appeared in the Rose Bowl half-time show as well as the 1987 and 1997 Rose Bowl parades and was the 1991 recipient of the John Philip Sousa Foundation Sudler Trophy, which is the highest award given at the collegiate level. Performing in Sun Devil Stadium, the band features new musical arrangements as well as a mixture of precision drills and pageantry at all home games. Hard work, high standards and a family atmosphere bring a very special Sun Devil Pride to the organization.

The ASU Sun Devil Marching Band offers scholarships to its returning members in the following areas: multiple year awards, drum corps participation, pep band participation, winterguard participation and other various special talent awards. For further information regarding scholarships and eligibility criteria, please contact the band office directly.
